Do you have a free trial?
Yes, we do offer a free trial. Our trial lasts for 14 days and gives you full access to all of our features and services. At the end of the trial, you will be switched to our free plan, which allows a maximum of 5 active developers. If you need more than 5 active developers, you can subscribe to our standard plan for $2 per active developer per month. This will give you access to all of our features and services, with no limits on the number of active developers.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription. If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel at the end of the current month. If you have an annual subscription, you can cancel at the end of the current year. Please note that when you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to the service and will not be charged for any future billing periods. If you have any questions about canceling your subscription, please contact the customer support team for assistance.
How does the pricing work?
Our pricing for the monthly plan is $2 per active developer per month. So, if you have 3 active developers on your account, you will be billed $6 per month. On the yearly plan, you will be billed $20 per active developer per year. So, if you have 5 active developers on your account, you will be billed $100 per year.
Do you have access to our source code?
No, we do not have access to your source code. We only require permission in GitHub for notifications regarding pull requests. This means that we are able to receive notifications when you or other members of your team create or update a pull request, but we do not have any access to the source code itself. We respect the privacy of our customers and do not have any access to your code without your explicit permission.
Do you have a plan for open source projects?
Yes, we have a plan specifically for open source projects. We believe in supporting open source initiatives and want to make it easy for open source projects to use our product. As a result, all open source projects can use our product free of charge for an unlimited number of users.
